It’s official.
We are now back in South Jordan.
As many are aware, this week my family moved from our home of five years in Millcreek, UT back to a township we enjoyed for years; South Jordan.
It’s surreal to be back in these parts. So familiar it’s as if we never left. The time we spent in South Jordan were very bountiful times financially; I look forward our move producing a similar level of abundance.
Other parts of my life were lacking and so combining my levels of achievement in the other aspects of life with those former levels of wealth is incredibly motivating..
More about that later.
Even though I have a positive outlook about things, I won’t romanticize the reality of picking up our life and moving locations.
The past few days have been brutal.
My feet ache.
My hands are beaten and bruised.
My lower back is more sore than even the most arduous leg day could produce.
My self talk was compromised. I found myself saying destructive things in my inner monologue that spooked me; things I had now idea where they came from.
Schedules stretched, stress mounted and a level of physical and mental exhaustion that is unparalleled.
And yet, there’s progress towards a more open, sustainable growth arc for my body, my business, my being and my relationships.
It’s the most interesting if dichotomies..
Anyway..
The picture I’ve posted is my new office.
I share this because it’s the first step I’ve made toward getting back to a normal working existence in weeks.
It’s a place I that has all that I’d need to make money; connect with my clients, my guests of Rules of Success and create content that moves the needle.
It’s perfect for my needs to the point that I get giddy thinking about how much value with be created within its walls.
By Monday, life will be back to normal and it will be full steam ahead.
Until then, I’ll celebrate this small win.
